Way to go! Zand Morada

The facilities,cleanliness, breakfast, and hospitality were excellent. During breakfast time, the staff were very friendly and readily assisted when needed. Staff were very pleasing and very hospitable. Bed was very comfortable. Will visit again.

Just suggestions to consider 1)a couple of chairs to sit out on the balcony. 2)On either side of the bed, a small table..

Great weekend gateaway

The location of the hotel was superb and peaceful as compared to Pattaya Beach. Our room's view was amazing.

Modern hotel with friendly and flexible staff, not in the Jomtien centre

- Breakfast buffet ends at 10H30 but the manager showed flexibility by letting us have 'a la carte' breakfast until 11H30 with the same voucher. - Modern clean room - Free upgrade to a seaview room (altough I thought I booked this room)

- Unfortunately, the beach in front of the hotel is way too small and dirty to use for sunbathing. - The frequent coast line bus service doesn't drive as far as the hotel as from 10PM :-( so the location is a bit too remote from Jomtien to be ideal. - Staff is friendly although it is very hard to have a decent conversation in English, they don't have any info about what can be done in the area, suggestions about where to eat, where to take the airport bus or how long it takes, ... - Be aware that in between the hotel and the sea there is a busy road - The A/C on our room needed maintenance, it was not able to cool the room

Good value hotel with quieter location.

The location is away from the main busy areas, so great for families. The staff and level of service was excellent and the room we had was large, clean and comfortable. In the evening, we didn’t want to venture far, so ate at the hotel. The food was good quality and much cheaper than the restaurants outside. Overall a very good choice for a weekend break.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Geared towards Chinese clientele. Mostly rice and noodle based. Had toast and an egg station though, so adequate.

Sea view room is awesome!

We booked it last minute and get a reasonable package with seaview room. The room is really nice, with great sea and pool view, great sunlight in the morning. One of the staff could speak pretty good English, thumbs up for him. ;) It is close to a convenient store and there are some food stalls along the beach side.

Water pressure is not powerful, especially when it is turned to hot water, but still at my acceptable level. Most of the staffs are not good in speaking English, except one staff.

The staff went out of their way to help us with everything. Very polite nice people.

The restaurant was closed on two of the evenings we tried to dine 7.30 pm. They said they were open until 11pm

Over-rated hotel, whose main good point is the sea-view...

A perfectly comfortable bed, and from it, an amazing panoramic view on the sea. A cosy swimming pool area, from which, again, the view on the sea is terrific. The general staff is nice and quick to answer any need. The sector is quiet, far from the busy center of Pattaya, and there are some good bars and restaus around. Transportation by van is available to different places, if you need, anyway (the same price that those crooks of taxis who don't start the meter)

Reception staff members are not really helpful, and always seem lost when asking them anything. Surprisingly, my Visa card was not working only in this hotel (any shop or ATM was working though), maybe they expect cash only?.. The finitions are really far from being good, and the hotel is already lacking of maintenance, even if a staff told me it was build 2 years ago. At last, the breakfast is not good: no coffee machine, so no cappucino or anything, only a jug of black coffee. Orange juice in which they add water. Few choices of foods, and low quality: everything is basic CP food.
